Women’s Foundation of Colorado
Girls’ Grantmaking Fund

The mission of The Women’s Foundation of Colorado is to build resources and lead change so that women and girls are full and equal participants in society. A goal to fulfilling our mission is to ensure that every woman in Colorado is economically self-sufficient, and every girl is on the path to economic self-sufficiency in adulthood.

In order for girls to be economically self-sufficient, The Foundation believes that education is the key. In particular it is imperative that all girls in our state graduate from high school. Your organization has been invited to apply for funding through the Girls’ Grantmaking Fund because of the work you conduct in helping girls to graduate.

Organizations should first go through the self-selection checklist (see below) to ascertain whether they fit the funding criteria of this granting program. If organizations feel they qualify for this funding program, they should use the following Girls’ Grantmaking Fund Granting Guidelines when responding to this potential funding opportunity. Organizations should not exceed page guidelines and should answer all questions. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
