Please join WFCO for a community conversation on how STEM employers and employees can benefit by committing to creating gender equity in Boulder’s STEM industries. We will discuss what employers can gain from a more inclusive workforce, ways to empower and retain women in STEM professions, and how we in the Boulder community can lead positive change.

This free event will include an overview of The Women’s Foundation’s report: “Gender Equity in Colorado’s STEM Industries: The Case for Focused Workforce Investment.” We will also feature a panel of local experts on this topic, and offer opportunities for attendees to engage with these local thought leaders. Light refreshments will be served.
