Women Thriving. Colorado Rising.

Dads for Daughters, MEN for women

Men Are Essential to Our Movement

Dads for Daughter's member, Vijay Kotte, on stage with his daughterDads for Daughters (D4D) and Men for Women (M4W) broadens WFCO’s community of giving by creating a unique space at WFCO for supportive dads, granddads, brothers, partners, and all men to join us in advancing and accelerating economic opportunities for Colorado women and their families.

It takes many diverse voices, advocates, and resources to build a world that empowers and enables women to reach their full potential. Men are essential to our movement.

In addition to honoring the women in your life by giving to WFCO, as part of Dads for Daughters and Men for Women you participate in meaningful conversations about philanthropy and learn and connect at an annual gathering.

Is D4D and M4W right for you?

  • You want a meaningful and lasting way honor the women in your life – your daughters, nieces, sisters, mothers, partners, and others
  • You want to ensure the best for all women in Colorado – unlimited opportunities to thrive and clear pathways to prosperity
  • You recognize that women are not only “half the sky,” they are half of the parents, students, and workforce in Colorado, and their success is success for everyone

Dads for Daughters and Men for Women is about combining your passions and compassion with The Foundation’s legacy of helping women change the trajectory of their lives and in turn the lives of their families.

“I think about my daughter every day and teaching her about philanthropy is very important to me. Dads for Daughters is my way of honoring her, and at the same time helping other girls in Colorado who may not grow up with the same opportunities that she had.”

– Fred Taylor, president and co-founder, Northstar Investment Advisors, LLC
